Loving this product been using for 10 days great performance with perfect results

I am pleasantly surprised of the capabilities of this new Insta360 Luna Ultra. There's a good possibility this will replace my everyday carry of my mirrorless 85% of the time, reducing weight and clutter but also giving big performances. They have already made some improvements with the zoom functionality with their recent update.

I didnt know which one to get in terms of small gimbal camera. But i decided to go with insta360 luna ultra and man! We are happy! The video is so clean and how easy it is to use! Dont buy other cameras, get this!

I am not a vlogger or content creator like some, so some of the features people want like webcam or streaming mean nothing to me. I am a family man who use for everyday family life and events. It exceeds my needs and is a great camera for me. I would recommend to anyone. I understand it's not for everyone and that's okay.

This is a great pocket camera. The video quality is amazing. Insta360 really did it big here. The ability to zoom in and not lose quality is a plus.

The first unit I purchased was on its release day. Initially, the photo and video quality were excellent, particularly in low light conditions. However, after about two weeks of use, the camera began displaying a “screen detached” message repeatedly. Each occurrence stopped the recording, making it unreliable for continuous filming. For clarity, all firmware updates were installed. There were three in total, and the screen was fully secured with no visible issues with the contact pins. I exchanged that unit for a replacement, but the second device performed even worse. Straight out of the box, the screen was partially blacked out with green and red lines across the display. The camera lagged severely, to the point of being unusable. This malfunction happened in front of two Best Buy employees, confirming it wasn’t user error. I returned the second unit immediately. This was my first experience with an Insta360 product, and unfortunately, the build quality did not meet expectations for the price point. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other options.

This one is just fabulous and i use it for still and video as my main camera. I have added accessories they make for it. Fantastic picture and video quality and very well made camera with many features it has. I will recommend it to anyone 100 percent. I am excited to take it to cancun mexico in a week for 10 days and then to india for 7 weeks on tour!!

The Insta360 Luna is an amazing camera and easily one of the most innovative cameras I’ve used. The image quality is excellent, the stabilization is impressive, and the overall design is fantastic. When everything works as it should, the results are outstanding.

I have used osmo pocket 3. Colors wise luna is better. Functionality wise osmo does it better. Very good and responsive camera , easy to use - some times hangs and can be frustrating

This camera is extremely versitile. Light years ahead of the competition with the removable remote.
