Good install looks great install went good no issues

We have had 2 appliances installed by Loren. Each time he has been top notch. The installation looks great, he was very professional, clean and friendly. Bellingham Beat Buy always exceeds our expectations when it comes to both their employees and contractors.

Our stove was installed quickly and professionally.

Installation was very smooth. The crew was able to adapt to the space the range went in, they cleaned up after themselves, they wore masks during the process, and they were very knowledgeable about the product.

The gas range seems to be operating fine even though my husband had to complete the installation of the orifice valves on the ovens. The "Licensed Professional" did not know how to get to the those valves, so he said he would call GE the next day and get back to us. He never called back. We went to Best Buy to get the refund for the installation fee that was not completed.

The men that did the LP range installation were really great, both fast and professional. They kept everything clean and took the remaining trash with them.

So apparently they weren’t aware they were changing it from gas to liquid propane. Apparently it’s not common in the city I live according to one of the guys. So far it’s working and nothing has leaked so far

The product may or may not be fine. Hard to say since the installers failed to install the LP conversation kit. We are still, after almost the entire month of January, waiting for it to be corrected. Since they didn’t leave us the parts, we are doubly screwed. GE has stepped up. Overall, trying to access help from Best Buy is a nightmare.

The installation of our propane range was the best service we've received in a very long time. The two gentlemen were extremely friendly, polite, efficient, clean, and informative. We could not have been more pleased!

I was advised several times about delivery date and time. On the day of delivery and installation I was kept updated regarding ETA. The installer was courteous, professional and tested everything to be sure it was all working properly before he left.
