The guys were nice and stuck with it but not experienced on my brand of range. Ended up with a burner not working (and small elect fire that damaged the range)and I am left with trying to get it fixed thru the manufacture. Also did not install the anti tip hardware, just left it in the box.

Installation was very smooth. The crew was able to adapt to the space the range went in, they cleaned up after themselves, they wore masks during the process, and they were very knowledgeable about the product.

So apparently they weren’t aware they were changing it from gas to liquid propane. Apparently it’s not common in the city I live according to one of the guys. So far it’s working and nothing has leaked so far

Don't cut corners by not having your range professionally installed.

The gas range seems to be operating fine even though my husband had to complete the installation of the orifice valves on the ovens. The "Licensed Professional" did not know how to get to the those valves, so he said he would call GE the next day and get back to us. He never called back. We went to Best Buy to get the refund for the installation fee that was not completed.

The men that did the LP range installation were really great, both fast and professional. They kept everything clean and took the remaining trash with them.

The installation of our propane range was the best service we've received in a very long time. The two gentlemen were extremely friendly, polite, efficient, clean, and informative. We could not have been more pleased!

I was advised several times about delivery date and time. On the day of delivery and installation I was kept updated regarding ETA. The installer was courteous, professional and tested everything to be sure it was all working properly before he left.

The service technician converted the stove to a propane from natural gas. He had to replace quite a few valves and other parts. He did an excellent job, was friendly, considerate, neat and cleaned up when he left. Just what you hope for when you have to have service.

I had to have someone come and cut the pipe down because my stove wouldn't push back against the wall.
