I had to have someone come and cut the pipe down because my stove wouldn't push back against the wall.

The service technician converted the stove to a propane from natural gas. He had to replace quite a few valves and other parts. He did an excellent job, was friendly, considerate, neat and cleaned up when he left. Just what you hope for when you have to have service.

Love this stove! Love the 5th burner and the way you can move heavy pans to other burners so seamlessly. Wonderful! And so much safer!

Guys were great but they had no idea how to install a LP stove. Their idea of install was deliver, unbox and put the grates on. NO CLUE about conversion. Why would i pay so much for install if all it was unbox.

We were very happy to get our new stove and are thankful for the installers.

While i love the product we were disappointed with the install. It took 4 visits from the 3rd party to get it installed by a license professional. On multiple occuasions they sent someone who was unable to connect a gas oven leaving us with our purchase in the middle of our kitchen for a month. Would buy LG again but not from Best buy

The gas range is excellent and the service people who installed it were professional and courteous.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY/INSTALL Experience. We had everything ready to install the new range Sadly, the 3rd party installation crew dropped the ball and didn’t want to complete the installation or do the fuel conversion. A fee if $250 was paid for this to be done. Finally just refused the delivery, cancelled the order, went to the store for a refund and purchased from a locally owned appliance store for $300 LESS and was delivered and installed a few days later. Thanks Best Buy, your contractor saved me $300, and you list a $1k sale because of their mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING that involves and outside delivery company.

The installer was professional but there were parts missing and weeks later I cannot use the oven.

Courteous and efficient. We purchased a gas stove and needed installation As we were Converting from electric to gas. Best buy provided services that lowes and home depot do not.

Ordered in July did not ship the product until after December shipped out appliances all in different delivery times and days also shipped the wrong washer and dryer which I excepted because I did not want to wait another five months. The biggest complaint is that they hooked up my propane stove as natural gas without the LP kit I cooked on it and ruined my pans because I had nothing else to cook on it took them 3 weeks to fix it. The amazing enough the only day they can come fix it is on Christmas Eve! I am grateful to have a stove and oven for Christmas but it has been a real inconvenience. The actual product seems to be of good quality and I am happy with the product the delivery guys seemed nice enough and respectful but not knowledgeable for sure the inconvenience of time and being on able to contact anybody at any local store or on the phone was very frustrating when I was able to talk to people they were not helpful at all!

The store staff was wonderful. They made sure I got all the information and helped set up delivery without a problem. Once my stove arrived install was a breeze and I was cooking right away.

Installation technician was prompt and appeared knowledgeable. Poor review due to we had to have a different plumbing company out two days later due to a slow leak in the propane connection. Fortunately it was an easy fix as connection had just not been tightened adequately.

Would’ve have gone with Tommy propane company for the conversion for less the price and hassle.

The absolute worst customer service. Months of problems. They wouldn’t make it right.

Very smooth transition and application to the SAMSUNG range it was used for. Servicemen were expert and professional in installing.
