Despite having clearly communicated the need to install the gas range with liquid propane conversion, the technician who was sent to install did not know and said he was not licensed to install. The second time I made the appointment, after waiting for 4 hours, the technician did not show up at the scheduled window of time. Not even a phone call from the technician to inform that he is not going to show up because of some truck issue. I called to find out. Third time again no show.

The men were very nice and polite did a great job and my dog loved them

It's nice to have someone do this for you. I'd rather someone who knows what they are doing, than paying for it later.

The quality of the stove top is great. It’s very easy to use. The men that installed were great and made very little mess . They cleaned the area .

Great service cane in and replaced old stove hooked up the new one cleaned up his mess and gave me a few mins to whip down my cabinet.

Not to slight the installer, Sean, who was professional and pleasant, the stove is still sitting in my kitchen while I await the LP conversion kit that this stove does not come with. After speaking with 6 different associates over a 3 hour period, the best I could get from them was to go to a 3rd party website, order the kit myself, and they would reimbures me later. I did that. The kit is backordered and they may possibly have it the end of the month. On my other review an Insignia rep reached out to me and said to contect them. I did. They are now sending me the part free of charge. I wonder why Best Buy couldn't manage to get this done when Insignia is their brand? Anyway. Now, maybe, I will have the range installed soon and not just sitting in my kitchen. The kit should come with the range. Even if it isn't included, the installer should know to bring one to avoid this kind of problem.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The installers were great but Best Buy customer service during purchase was AWFUL! I was VERY clear I had propane dryer. Customer service scheduled me for a PROPANE RANGE! That's not what I bought!!!
