ZERO STARS

They installed our stove wrong, had us call the manufacture company who said Best Buy installed wrong. Best Buy came out and said that they would replace the stove with a new one and install the conversion kit again. They have now come out twice with nothing and then canceled our order.

Horrible Customer Service!

Two different delivery dates. Both times the installers came without necessary parts to install. We ended up with no oven for Thanksgiving and are now in Christmas season with no oven. This is the premium Best Buy service we paid $200 to have! Repeated phone calls and visits to the store resulted in no resolution. Disgraceful!

Selling products that Best Buy can’t Service.

We have had our new stove in kitchen for over a month and not been able to use it. Best Buy doesn’t seem to have a qualified technician to install the conversion kit on the stove that you sold me. You have sent the same team out two times and the gentlemen don’t know how to do the conversion. How many more times are they going to send the same guys out to us? This is 3/6/2021 and still have a stove with no hook up.
