Love this range top quality and great looking did a lot of research before choosing this one!

Had first stove delivered, packaging was normal, but there was a dent in the Right side of the stove, ordered another, unable to use, as there was a gas leak. New stove delivered removing defective one. This one works perfectly, installed perfectly. Many thanks to Dalton for his help with my order.

The stovetop was installed previously but we smelled a gas leak after the installers left. The installers returned and replaced the connections between our line and the cooktop pipe stub. We didn't smell gas anymore but my combustion gas meter still detected a small leak of less than 1000 ppm around the cooktop pipe stub and other connection fittings. The installers said that they will inform Best Buy and that Best Buy will get back to me. I have heard nothing from Best Buy.

The installation team that installed my new 24 inch small propane stove was amazing. They were timely and professional. The best experience I've had with people working in my home. Thanks best buy for sending these people my way.

The actual install of this was great ! Dealing with the Geek Squad on scheduling was about the most frustrating and maddening thing I’ve ever dealt with. They were rude, abusive and lied multiple times.

This insulation went very well. The gentleman who installed/converted to propane was professional, answered all my questions and got the job done confidently. No issues

Best Buy delivery and installation is wonderful! These men took excellent care of my stove ! It was a very fiddly installation as it was a propane hook-up, but they made absolutely certain everything was performed perfectly!

I paid for hook up and installation, the stove arrived, they took the old stove, no plumber to hook up the stove, I had to pay a plumber to hook up the stove.

Best Buy sent a Local Installer they came with a team and removed the old one. they tested every function of the new items. I would buy the same way again

The installer was very helpful and neat as he changed the orifices on all the burners. It's a pretty fussy job to get the natural gas orifice out, and the installer had a few tricks to make it quick and efficient.

Works great to safely operate the stove top and oven!

Very happily the conversion went well. Lp gas is blue at all burners.
