Nicolis did a great job fixing our ranges Burner that was not working.

The guy that converted my stove was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and what he needed to get the job done. His assistant was on top of things and prepped everything before installation.

The install went well. But installers took with them the natural gas parts when changed to propane. I should of been asked, if I wanted the parts to reconvert if needed.

I rarely take time to leave feedback or reviews as a worker in the retail industry. I have a general understanding of supply constraints, shipping from the vendor, and customer service - and this by far has been my worst buying experience ever. I purchased this stove originally on December 8th, was given a delivery and install date by the end of the month. Great. Several days later I'm notified the item is backordered and wont arrive until February. OK. Since my existing unit is broken, I cancel this order and go into the store for assistance. A store employee tells me they can place an order for the same unit, to be delivered early January - we schedule this and I go home. The same day I get a delayed of delivery notice that the item is back ordered until March. This time I call and speak with someone about my options as I would prefer not to wait 3 months for a new stove. We identify an alternative brand option, its ordered and is delivered in days. However the unit did not come with the necessary parts for conversion to Liquid Propane and I was not notified by the associate assisting me that I would have needed to order these parts separately from the manufacturer in order to be able to use the new replacement option. After refusing delivery on this alternative option - I revisit this GE unit that I initially wanted. I place an order on December 18th with a representative over the phone to be delivered and installed January 29th. At this time the unit was on sale through Lowes, but I was denied a price adjustment because Best Buy had paused their Price Match Guarantee for the holidays until January 13th. Then 4 days before my delivery date I'm notified there is a delay in shipment and they would need to reschedule my delivery for March 11th. At this point I gave up, contacted a local GE dealer who was able to get the product delivered and installed within 10 days of contacting them. I'll likely never try to purchase an appliance from Best Buy again. I made every attempt to purchase a stove from Best Buy who could not deliver a suitable option in under a month and "sorry, it is what it is" was not good enough service to keep my business.

Great crew! The guys installing the stove were awesome. They made the conversion to propane seem easy. No worries with these fellas doing the conversion and install. I recommend letting them do the work. No headaches, no broken knuckles, no worries about blowing yourself up. Great deal all around.

Shala at the Asheville store is a true asset to the company....she came through and fixed a communication problem that no one else could/would fix. She stays with the problem to the end. Also... the installers from Tennessee were the most professional and courteous of any we have dealt with. After a shaky start...we had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend Best Buy

John was amazing as always. Very professional and courteous. In no time the old stove was removed and the new stove was out in place. Great job!

A third party did the gas conversion and did a good job but be aware that he will charge you 150.00 for parts with no warning beforehand...
