The geek squad team installed my remote keyless entry package for my car in an about and hour, much quicker than expected and everything worked great!

I mistakenly ordered this service thinking I could have power locks installed on my car. The staff was kind, courteous, and very helpful! I received a full refund without difficulty.

The tech did his best,and really cared about dong a good job. He couldn't get the horn to always work with the unlock/lock, but no biggie, as I don't like that anyway.

The installers at Best Buy are great. They installed this system in my daughter's car and it work's great and functions perfectly. This installation cost and waiting time were quite reasonable as well.

I bought this plan and were told to pay additional $755 for key less entry installation. This is not done. In addition to $75 installation plan they charge me for 8 to 9 hours of labor.

THE TECH TOLD ME THAT THE HORN HONK WON'T WORK ON MY VEHICLE ALTHO I PAID FOR THE LIGHT FLASH ETC.. I WROTE TO DIRECTED TECH AND HE SAID IT SHOULD WORK ON MY VEHICLE. I HAVE THE EMAIL FOR VERIFICATION.I'M TAKING IT TO ANOTHER BEST BUY TO GET CORRECTED. THE ORIGINAL TECH, ALSO, TOLD ME - A YEAR AND A HALF AGO - WHEN I HAD ONE INSTALLED IN ANOTHER VEHICLE THAT THE HORN HONK WOULDN'T WORK. HOWEVER, HE WAS WRONG BECAUSE IT DID WORK ON THE SECOND DEPRESSION OF THE LOCK BUTTON AS IT SHOULD.

Purchased a Viper model 211hv ($75.00) with geek squad installation ($74.99) for my wife. When we went to make an appoinment to have it installed we were told we had to buy $25 more in parts and pay another $30 for installation. The extra parts I was ok with, but charging another $30 on top of the $74.99 I paid for installation was just to much.
