Geek squad guys were professional, friendly and explained product so two old people could understand. How ever much they are paid, it is not enough. It is hard to hire two amazing people like this, so please make sure that they are compensated enough to reflect their professionalism to your business!!

We finally got Ryan Akins to come and check our surround system The guys that installed it and came again to check on it did not do a good job. Ryan was great and fixed things so that we could hear it.

I had a broken mount on a solar charger for my garage door camera. Tried to replace just the broken bracket and couldn't. Best Buy sent an installer with a n entire new unit that took just the new bracket and swapped it out...

Delivery employees were prompt, professional and did a perfect job of getting into a remote location, bringing in our appliance and installing it quickly and efficiently. Could not have been more satisfied; yet another example of why we shop and purchase at Best Buy. Happy customer.

They had to wheel both in through the garage because all of our other doors were too narrow. The guys happily helped get them in and made this pregnant mama very happy

I have not heard from David from geek squad !! He took over $800.00 on our card with $500.00 of that for them to come out and put the equipment in our facility!!!!! We do not have equipment we paid for or have it installed!! Have not heard from anyone on this at all!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!!

I went to the closest Best Buy for my Geek Squad install but because I was outside their normal zone, I had to pay an additional trip charge on top of the normal. If Best Buy closed stores to be more competitive, how does that make it my fault that I am not in your delivery zone? This outside of zone charge should be dropped completely. If we shop at your store, and want you to install, isn't that what really counts? Our business and loyalty? You shouldn't penalize us for it.
