We came in and stopped at the Geek Squad desk for a diagnosis and learned due to the age of the laptop it would be difficult to find a keyboard replacement. After speaking to the technician, a recommendation was made to us about a replacement. We went to the computer department and a salesman showed us several laptops but also highly recommended the laptop we purchased. our HP laptop. After familiarizing ourselves with the keyboard differences, we are very pleased with this laptop. It is of course quicker, and easier to accomplish our goals and needs. The Geek Squad transferred our data. Twice within the first week we discoverd 2 software klitches, (which were quickly corrected by a Geek Squad technician at no extra cost to us because we bought a service policy), we are off and running with the new laptop and happy as can be.
