I have a old instant pot, the upgrade is better in almost every way. The steam realse us about 5 times more quiet and the pressure is not shooting to the sky.

I bought the Instant Pot Duo Plus thinking it would make me a kitchen wizard, but apparently, it takes 10 minutes to think about cooking before it actually starts. By the time it preheated, I could’ve boiled water the old-fashioned way—by staring at it. Also, a word of caution: do not drop food in the inner crevices unless you enjoy the fine art of impossible cleaning. But hey, once it starts cooking, it’s like magic—just very slow magic

I received the first one and there was a damage somewhere so I returned it for exchange and I loved it.

This Instant Pot works really well and is very easy to use. I’ve used it to cook oxtail stew and rice, and both turned out great. The meat becomes very tender, and the flavor comes out rich and delicious. The cooking results are consistent, and it saves a lot of time compared to traditional stovetop cooking. Overall, it’s a very convenient and reliable kitchen appliance. Highly recommended.

Item arrived broken and was obviously used. Returned to the store.

I have used instant pot before and the old one was great but this is way better. Its easy to use and when they say its not as loud or noisy as the old one, its true. I always jump at the sound of the old one especially if someone at home is using it and I am not aware it being used. But this newer one is quiet. I was also concerned with the size. I wanted to get the right size because I have limited storage and kitchen counter space, but this fits perfectly. once maintained and used as directed you will not have or experience any problems.

Very impressed. Better than expected. Cooks fast. Tenderizes. Infuses flavor. Great versatility.

The controls seemed a bit confusing at first, but after using it a few times, it became pretty straightforward. I also love that I can set it up and not worry about it until the food is ready. Cleanup is simple, too, which is always a plus. Overall, the Instant Pot has been a real time-saver, and it’s made cooking a lot more convenient. It takes a little time to learn, but it’s definitely worth it.
