I'm a huge Instant Pot user. I decided to replace my old one of 8 years because I had reward certificates available and I wanted the new features. I gave my old one away - I am sure it will keep going for many years! I'm loving the quiet release and the indicator that tells you when you can open the pot. It is also nice to have two more hours available to pressure cook since I use it to make bone broth.

Just as described. Works perfectly, Easy to use. My favorite option is the pressure cooker. It tenderizes with not a lot of time.

I had waited a long time to get an Instant Pot. I finally decided to get this one because it is stainless, including the lid. There is no plastic components. This is my first Instant Pot. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to use. So far I have only tried the Sautee and Pressure Cook function. It is amazing. I made a beef stew in less than an hour, and it turned out delicious. I'm looking forward to try other functions. The steam release is relatively quiet. Overall, it's a must have every household. I highly recommend it.

The Instant Pot is also really versatile—I’ve made everything from soups to rice to yogurt, and it handles it all really well. The controls seemed a bit confusing at first, but after using it a few times, it became pretty straightforward. I also love that I can set it up and not worry about it until the food is ready. Cleanup is simple, too, which is always a plus. Overall, the Instant Pot has been a real time-saver, and it’s made cooking a lot more convenient. It takes a little time to learn, but it’s definitely worth it.

Does everything it advertises extremely well, easy to use and easy cleanup, not too noisy

I love the new stainless steel design of the Instapot. The steam release isn't 'whisper quiet', but I like that I don't have to worry about accidentally burning myself when opening the valve. The buttons and settings are very easy to use once reading the instructions. The first thing I made was rice, and it came out well!

This is a great pressure cooker. The controls are very easy to use and the many presets are nice. The quite steam release is a major plus. No more blasting plumes and ear piercing sound. It gently releasees the steam and is so quite.

Perfect for busy home cooks wanting one reliable tool to handle quick meals, batch cooking, desserts—even sous vide. It nails versatility and convenience with minimal noise. Beginners will appreciate the step‑by‑step programs, though they should budget a little time to learn cues and cleaning routine. If you're after air‑frying too, check out the Duo Crisp. For most households, the Duo Plus strikes a solid balance—well‑equipped, intuitive, and family‑sized.

I like my new Instant Pot even more than the original with two exceptions - the start button is not well defined and it did not come with a booklet of general guidelines. Otherwise, it is quieter and has even more options.

I purchased this quite a while ago and wanted to use it before writing a review. So far I love everything about this instant pot - especially the cord I know, that's weird). The cord completely disconnects from the machine so you can store the whole cord inside vs. trying to twist cords and have everything jammed in a cabinet. My go to with this is a pot roast - I use Dr Pepper as the liquid, and cook for 1.5 hours and it melts in your mouth.

Love the multiple functions. My crock pot died, and I was looking for a replacement whe I learned of this Instapot. Thought I'd give it a try since it can be used as and pressure cookervor slow cooker, which to me, met a multiple criteria to create veriety in the kitchen. So far, my first two dinners (1st salmon, 2nd bbq beef short ribs) were cooked to perfection. I will update as I try more recipes

Great Instant Pot. I love the up-to-date interface and ease of use. I cooked a 6-LB pot roast, and it came out wonderful and full of flavor. It is well worth the price, and it has many uses.

Works great! It’s so nice to be able to put a chicken and vegetables and a little seasoning and water and have a great soup ready for dinner and such a short time.

Bought this for my daughter to set up her college kitchen. She’s already used it to make chicken soup when she got sick. Pro tip is getting a nonstick insert to make rice. Also found a pho recipe that works so well!

This one is Amazing, from rice to a full rack of ribs and super fast I’m not a person who likes to cook a lot so this simplified my whole cooking experience.

I was new to pressure cookers when I bought this, but I knew for the price and all the functions it offers, I’d end up using it for at least a few different things—and I definitely have! It’s been great for making everything from rice to soups, and even yogurt. Super versatile once you learn your way around it. That said, I wish the instructions were more user-friendly for beginners. I had to rely on YouTube and online communities to really understand how to use it confidently. The manual felt more technical than helpful, which made it intimidating at first. Also, a small gripe: I wish there were more color options available at the time of purchase. The gray is fine, but it would’ve been nice to have some aesthetic choices. Once you get past the learning curve though, this thing is awesome and well worth the investment. Just be prepared to look up a few how-to’s if you're a first-timer!
