Must Have Prep Knife

Love how you can slice/dice/chop/cube, or just plain cut to ribbons really about anything that you run this knife through during prep work. Then able to simply scoop everything up you’ve just cut to prepare in 1 quick motion (maybe use the blade guard as a “backstop” type of device until you get used to using the knife, sucker is sharp) & dump right into the pot to begin stewing/simmering/cooking into the evening’s scrumptious meal. Quality utensil & very fairly priced. After using for only a few times, becomes a must have type of prep utensil.

But to my amazement when I used it it got the job done. It cut my vegetables with ease and then I was able to scoop everything up and throw it in the pot such a great purchase. Got it on sale can’t beat the price

Sometimes, the items are too big or tall, that the edge of the blade (the scoop) prevents food from being cut all the way through, which is a slight annoyance to work around.
