Horrible experience

Completed warranty information online and did not hear anything back. 3 Called after one week had passed and they said warranty information wasn't complete and they would send an email requesting information. 4. completed email information and they said they were sending an new coffee maker and I would be notified when shipped. 5. A week later I contacted them, because I did not hear anything and they said their warehouse was transitioning and would take a couple of months to get a replacement. 6. I have bought a Keurig so that i have coffee while this company tries to get it together. This is not an inexpensive purchase and I expect more from any company. Horrible experience and I still do not have the replacement.
