    Very happy with the performance of the coffee maker, however order was incomplete. Advertised as Open box-Excellent, but was missing the reusable pod. Online chat with customer service could not resolve the issue, wouldn’t ship missing item or provide a $8 credit so I could order myself. Was told I had to go to a store for further assistance, not worth it for $8 item. Point of principle here, the open box was ordered online & shipped direct from Best Buy. Why do I have to go to a store to resolve an online order? Very unhappy & disappointed with Best Buy on this occasion!!

    This is exactly what I was looking for. it was "fair" grade, but happened to be a brand new

    Don't waste your money on this machine

    After just a few uses it seems broken. It is refusing to brew the Nespresso pods. It stops then all the lights start blinking. I descaled the machine and repeatedly tried new Nespresso pods to no avail.

    Really like the idea of being able to brew both KCups and Nespresso. However, the brew (for the KCups) just does not taste as good as other Keurig machines.

      Hello Robert. Thank you for your feedback. If your coffee tastes bitter, oil buildup might be the reason. It's really important to clean coffee grounds and residue from all parts that come in contact with coffee on a regular basis as well as descale your unit. You can also add a pinch of salt to your coffee. The tiniest bit of salt creates a chemical reaction and mellows out the acidity and makes for a smoother taste. We hope this helps. Enjoy!

    Disappointed in this product. You are limited to size of coffee you can make determined by whether you use a cup or hespresso pod. Kcups can only be made in 8,10, or 12oz cups but kcups are too diluted in that size and you’d need 2 kcups for that. I have to stand there and try to stop the machine mid cup to get the correct flavor. I wanted a maker that gave all 3 options, cup, nespresso pod, or ground. But also ground coffee can only be made from the kcup accessory so it’s too weak as well in an 8oz brew . Wasted my money.

    Easy to setup. My first brewed cup (using grounds) didn’t go well. I’m hoping I just didn’t snap the lid on the reusable filter all the way. Ended up with grounds on the inside and some in my cup. The lid was ajar when I went remove the filter. Biggest complaint: the reusable filter pod is a completely different design from the one used in the Instant Solo (my previous machine). I WAS going to have that as a secondary/backup filter, but, of course, they couldn’t consider that in their design! The other issue is it seems to drip more/linger after the brew cycle. I’ll be constantly wiping down the drip tray.

    I like the versatility for multi pods, but find the temperature not quite hot enough. Overall just ok for the price.

    Broke after 2 months

    I have the very original version that shas served me well since 2020, finally it broke down and I figure id just grab a replacement. Well this time it barely lasted 2 months. I guess buy a dedicated machine for each pod is the way to go now

    This stopped working after 1 week of use. The coffee stopped coming out and the machine started to smell like burnt plastic. Online says it is too late to return, would not purchase.

    Bought the unit and brought it home. Set it up and the pump would not pump the water out. It also felt cheap.

    Coffee maker was OK for about 18 months before it started leaking and ruined my countertop. Out of warranty.

    It works fine in the first few months but then the pressure starts dropping, the lights keep flashing and you waste a ton of pods. After several weeks struggling with this machine I finally dumped it in the trash bin.
