I buy one instantant pot to see if I liked, for my suprise I don't liked I loved is the fasters and easy way to cook from beans, soups, stews and even pasta. I recommended to everyone if you like to have a great home cook meal this is what you need in your kitchen I loved so much that I buy a second one I made the beans in one and the meat in the other and my food came out at the same time, I buyed the 3quart is enought for me and my husband, but depending of your needs they have different sizes.

This is the first time I have had decent beans from dried beans since I was a child and my dad cooked them with a pressure cooker. Irish oats are amazing. I use a recipe that calls for sautéing the oats in a bit of butter before hand. You really need to trust the sauté option. It works.
My only complaint if there is one is that the quick start manual could be better but there is so much on the web on instant pot that it doesn't much matter. For most recipes that say "Manual" that is "Pressure Cook" on this version. I have not used any of the extra buttons on top and have yet to find a recipe that does. You need to be careful on when to use the steam release and when to turn off the "Keep Warm". This is the Mini so keep that in mind when looking at recipes which in general are for twice the amount this one cooks. This is the ideal size for 2 people. Oh and the boiled eggs in it really is amazing. They peel perfectly. It is rather eerie. If you are into pickled eggs this is heaven sent.
Be patient waiting for it to come to pressure. That does not happen instantly even after the button in the back pops up. The arrows for aligning the lid are difficult to see. Just know that the steam release goes to the opposite side from the controls. It beeps nicely both when it drops into place and when it closes. Once you know how it sits you don't need the arrows for location.

This thing is quick, solid, easy, works great and I bought the six quart product a week later. Exactly as described. Simple, delicious and easy to operate. Unlike a dozen other products. It does emit steam but cooks items in a fraction of the time. I give it an A+A+A+

It is such as amazing product. What used to take me 15-30mins now takes me only 3-5mins. I used to make yogurt at home, and that would take almost a full day. But now, it does almost everything on its own in half the time. Also, the size is perfect. The other one is too big for me, so this is great!

Bought this as a Christmas present for my mom. I absolutely love this same model I have had since 2017 and thought it would be a great update for her from her older style, manual pressure cooker.
The pressure cooker is easy to use and clean. It always feels safe to use and comes with booklets to help guide you on how much time/water is needed for specific items. This is also an ideal size for a 1-2 person household. I often make dishes with enough leftovers for at least 4 meals.

Easy to use. The instructions were clear. You can use it for various purposes like Pressure cook, boil, steam. I liked the delay start and the auto off feature a lot. I don't need to wait for it to get done.

Delivered on time. Love this kitchen device! I pondered for 2 years to get this device due to kitchen space issues and general fear of pressure cooking, but it’s worth every inch and regret not getting it earlier. Makes stews/ steam veggies/rice cooking/yogurt making with less supervision (heat/time adjustments), which takes huge load off the cooking process. I’ve also used it to ‘sanitize’ n95 masks although I have no proof that it’s sterile; it just smells less funky afterwards. I now use this pot more than my gas stove. Sautéing is not great on this instant pot, it would be best if they made the inner pot stove top compatible.

I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I consider myself a fairly new comer to the kitchen, and was a bit intimidated by its potential, wondering if I would use it. This appliance does it all!
There are many recipe books out there to guide you and help you explore its potential. If you are cooking every day and not using this every day you are not getting its full benefit.
From sauce to soup, beef to turkey it cooks it all. Read and follow the instructions when you are first starting out, a bit of experimentation may be necessary as you explore for taste and texture.
Once you get the hang of it—smooth sailing. Be careful though you might get lots of new friend.
PS get a steam diverter to direct steam away your walls.

I have previously owned 6qt instant pot. Which was very much useful for everyday but it was big for a family of 3. So, I have purchased this 3qt. I would prefer this over cook top pressure cooker. It is mess free and do not have to keep an eye while cooking.

It's a great product for a single person to cook healthy meals in short amounts of time. Very easy to clean. Cooling time is relatively quick when needed so that you can prepare a 2nd or 3rd dish within an hour or so.

My wife uses this pot at least once a day, and many days it gets used multiple times. She absolutely loves the results and ease of use. She routinely thanks me for purchasing this gift for her. It has been extremely reliable, and after all the constant use isn't showing any signs of wear.

We have a larger size of this product which is great for company and making dishes that I want to have leftovers from. I was wanting a smaller size that would be great for only two people to have a meal and not have to be concerned with making reductions in ingredient amounts. I was very happy to know there are recipes for this smaller size.

I pressure cooked half a pork tenderloin just as the directions said to. It turned out perfectly and I can freeze the other half until I'm ready to cook it, too. That really helps with the "left-overs" problem that a lot of singles have to deal with when cooking.
