Be aware. It is hard to get its accessories. I really like this product. But I could not find any accessories, such as inner pot, seals (super important, since you need to replace it after a couple of years).

Have used it 2-3 times a week for every week since i bought it and it has yet to give me any issue. A bit pricy at full price but highly recommended if on sale.

I love it. It took the place of my air fryer, rice maker and crock pot. It cuts my cooking time in half.

I use this all the time! The only thing i dont like is the rack is a little tough to clean.

Difficulty opening the pot after using the setting pressure cooker.

Horrible. The pressure settings are very cumbersome to use and it has been taking 3-4 hours to cook anything. I tried to reach out to the company with no response. Unfortunately, would have to throw it away

Returned-would not seal, burned food at bottom, tried 3 times with same result, each time.

I really like it. I cook a lot when I travel for work and cook for my crew. The only complaint is that the directions are vague. I had to contact support to find out it take several hours to “preheat” in slow cook mode.

DO NOT BUY. I will never purchase another Instant Pot project or will I make any purchases with Best Buy again. Neither company stands by their products. Two cookers had the same lid locking problem. After cooking, will not unlock. Total theft by both companies.

I love the fact that you don't need to change lids between air fry and pressure cook. I also like being able to control the steam release from the the control panel instead of turning the steam release switch.

Wasnt great gave C4 message on the third use. Afraid of damage i returned it for the changeable lid.

Not worth it usage is too much complicated better to avoid

This thing is garbage and unreliable. It has a problem where it will lock itself saying there is pressure inside when there very clearly is not. When this happens you can not open it. This malfunction has caused multiple meals completely wasted as I and many other people have not been able to open it sometimes for a day or two after it happens. You can find on other people discussing this same issue on Reddit.

Single lid works well as both an air fryer and pressure cooker!

If you put a pint-size mason jar in the pot and close the lid on it, it'll push the locking pin in. By locking it, you essentially brick the unit - there's no way to get the locking pin to fall down again. Contacted Instant Brands support and they told me I'd have to return it. After I'd already put my yogurt cultures in the pot. :'( What an incredible design flaw. You don't even have access to the pin, so there's no escape! The pin locked itself in there so good, I flipped the whole pot every whichway and shook it violently and it still stayed locked.
