A: You sure can! The Instant Pot Duo Crisp does not have a dedicated rice button to make rice. Some models have one, but since the Rice function uses pressure, you can do the same thing with the Pressure Cook button. We recommend using a 1:1 ratio of rice to water, and a time of 4 minutes for white rice or 22 minutes for brown rice. You can always adjust these to your preference but start with these settings and see how it goes!
