All in one cooking magic, works amazing. The pressure cooking feature is so fast and then add the roasting feature for crispy delicious meals.

I love my instant pot, I think the power cord is to short for the spot I have on my counter!

This is the easiest instapot to use. I love the app too. You pick a recipe on the app and follow it. Then click the button on the app to start cooking and the app sets the pot and does it all. Set it and leave it. Of course you can do it manually too. This is a keeper.

It makes cooking much easier then having to cook in the stove or sometimes even the oven

I have been using it every day since I bought it, and I am loving it. The pressure cooker is silent, it is not heavy (I have a small kitchen and I have to nove it around, so the light weight is perfect), this was a great purchase.

Bought a open box product in excellent condition.. but the lock was broken, and product was not usable. Returned it. Expect BestBuy to inspect the product before selling, especially since its marketed as excellent condition. Was a waste of time and effort. Few hours after returning, the product again showed as available online, most likely the one i returned.

I tried to use it twice and the valve just doesn’t want to work so it won’t pressure cook.

Disgusted at clown that packed this for shipping. There was a half layer of bubble wrap put on top ONLY. NOTHING ON BOTTOM OR SIDES. BOX ARRIVED DENTED, PARTIALLY OPENED AT BOTTOM WHERE NOTHING WAS BETWEEN UNIT AND BOX. Best Buy should fire that fool, put them in a box without padding, tape barely & drop kick off at the crack house they came from.

Very heavy item to move regularly, some parts feel super solid while other components are very cheap, its quite strange. The inner pot is nice, stainless steel, and good quality. Its a great air fryer, but the mesh stand for your food is kind of cheap, and also hard to clean after air frying. I wish i had purchased the original instant pot duo with the two separate lids, because the locking inner lid for the pressure cooker broke in less than a month of owning this item. The inner lid is a solid heavy metal piece, but the part that locks the lid into place is a tiny cheap plastic part that snapped off, it kind of makes no sense. There is no inner lid replacement currently available yet. I contacted the company, with proof of purchase and photos of damaged item, they were kind enough to send me a new unit since it was literally less than a few weeks old. Kind of a shame because i really wanted to love this item. I am a clean freak, and the inner lid for the pressure cooker is also difficult to clean, because the rubber ring gets stained and takes the odor of your food, and also the rubber seal does not come off. I have made excellent stews and soup with the pressure cooker, yet it does take a while to heat up before it starts actually cooking. Sometimes i feel like it doesn't save me time for certain foods like rice because of how long it needs to warm up, i could just use the stove. I have to say the pressure cooker does make red meat super tender even for the toughest cuts of beef. This also is my first instant pot, so not sure how it compares, but speaking to family members who own the old models this one is only neat because of the air fryer…

Works great. I love that it gives clear instructions on the screen. I love the automatic pressure release. Does all the things my previous instant pot and air fryer can do. Only drawbacks are, I have a lot of 6 qt instant pot accessories and some of them don’t fit this model. This model is shallower than previous 6 qt instant pots. I have a few taller accessories that are too tall for this model. I wouldn’t be able to close the lid with them. Another drawback is the lid constantly beeps when it’s open during the “keep warm” setting. Which is annoying when you’re just trying to take the food out and the machine is beeping at you constantly. You can shut the beeps off, but I like having the beeps using all the other functions. And it is quite heavy. But aside from all that, I’m happy with it.

Having previously owned other two models of Instant Pot, the first thing I’d like to compare is the inner pot that in the previous models like Ultra or Duo Evo Plus, were considerably more robust and even heavier, despite it is told to be all made from the same 304 stainless steel. This Duo Crisp is noticeable more powerful than the aforementioned models, with its 1500 Watts and filled of useful features, so it is faster and more efficient on daily meals like rice, beans, potato and meat, but on the Air Fryer side it is more of whistle & bells. Truth be told, it is nice to have the ability to make a crispy lasagna, a golden mac & cheese or a shiny chicken just by pressing a button, mainly, if like me, your kitchen lack of room - the Duo Crisp can do the job. If you’re an Air Fryer power user, you could be better served with Vortex or my favorite, the Omni Pro. The problem I perceive on the Instant Pot is that in the same measure they improve the pressure cookers its materials suffer getting lighter, thinner and even fragile and I’m afraid that it’ll compromise the product’s lifespan.

This one has a good size, easy to clean and many features. I don’t like how it lets the steam out because the steam goes in my cabinets and you cannot put anything on it. Sometimes it’s hard to unlock the top inner cover so you want to be careful not to brake it. The air fryer is good for already made things. Overall a great pot

Should have bought this sooner! It has so many features. I was worried the air fryer wouldn’t be as good as the one I had. i was wrong! And with the lid on it fits under my cabinet so I can keep it out on the counter.

Works great and good size. The only drawback is the lack of bluetooth capability. Recommend experimenting with various recipes.

Great product so far really like all the different features. Lots of food cooked especially using the pressure cook. Air fry feature worked well and almost directly after using the pressure cook feature. Dehydrate is awesome, bake and broil.

Got this pot at the time I needed it the most. I have been enjoying the saute function and the pressure cooker. I plan to use other functions when the need arises. Eazy to use and clean.

This IP does it all from sauté' to bake to broil. It has a hinged lid. The biggest problem for me. If you have an island, go for for it. I do not. I have a small kitchen and have to pull the machine from under the counter to use it. For that reason alone, I wish I would have purchased an IP with a lid that comes off and on. Another factor to consider with The IP Duo Crisp with Ultimate Lid is you cannot change the seal. Other IP's you can change the silicon seal and use one for savory dishes and one for sweet dishes. The seal tends to absorb orders. Otherwise, I love using the Instant Pot for cooking--I love the IP recipe app too--step by step instructions! Another fault I noticed is the lack of a specific manual for this pot. However, there are a lot of resources online. I have found the answers I need regarding trouble shooting codes and product demo's on U-tube are very helpful.
