    Fantastic!!! I, like many others, do not have extra kitchen space. However, I am glad I made room for this appliance. I have made cheesecake, black beans, bone broth, rice, and many other dishes. It is easy to use, expedites many recipes and if it does not expedite it, it takes away the need to "babysit" the recipe while it cooks. Highly recommend this.

    Instant pots are magical. You can cook frozen chicken thighs in minutes. Beans, tough cuts of meat, and a lot of other things in half the time. Instant pots model naming convention is a little confusing but I've found them to be generally all similar. The 8qt pot is definitely the one to get so you can have some more space for those large stews/soups

    I’m not a pro cook or anything so it was my first time trying to be one. I purchased this to make more soups and chicken because I started eating healthier. It was an adjustment to learn how to use it. I definitely had to watch a few YouTube videos to understand how to open and close it even. After now 2 months into it, it makes amazing meats, cooks them very well while keeping them juicy which is an issue I had prior to the instant pot. I love it and it’s an essential piece to my meal prep. Also, to any newcomer cookers, since you can’t control the heat on sauté modes, you have to make sure you are prepped in advanced or else things can burn.
