Must-have Accesory!

But this is a high quality genuine Instant Pot item, sold as a grilling rack to elevate meats, fish and vegetables foods off the bottom of the cooker to help drain oils, fat & grease. It does that and does an excellent job at it, and you’re not limited to using it in their brand appliance, it will fit many other similar cookers as well (I use it in my 6 quart INSIGNIA pressure cooker) which it fits perfectly. It has improved how well it works a 1000 percent. I have used this lots of times now to put mainly chicken thighs & drumsticks on. It works great for holding eggs also. It also works great in the microwave for cooking frozen entrees and many other things. It is much easier to clean than the wire rack that came with my cooker; I usually just wash it by hand with warm soapy water and let air dry but I can also just toss it in the dishwasher and it comes out clean. When I’m not using it for cooking I just leave it on the counter or stove where it makes a perfect trivet. In short, I highly recommend this item to enhance your pressure cooking experience!

Quick and Easy to Use

It's a great asset to have and is much easier to clean than the stock steel rack you get with the instapot.

It works well flat or grooved, depending upon what you are booking with it. It washes well in the dishwasher!
