My perspective of this device is colored by the fact that I have an Insteon household. I use these devices with a Hub and also with HouseLinc for advanced timers. I purchased this for my home office, and pretty much exclusively use it for the ability to change the brightness of the room from my phone. Call me lazy, but when you have a larger room and a big U shaped desk, it's nice to adjust your lights from where you are working not the edge of the room. The device paired flawlessly, blends nicely and offers excellent customization. Changed it to a 2 second ramprate and now our eyes don't get blinded turning on the light! It's amazing what a little adjustment can do.

Worked as advertised. Nice wall switch. Pretty slim profile and fit well into the switch box. Insteon system has worked great thus far.

This switch works as advertised and is easy to install if you have some basic wiring skills. You must have a neutral wire in your box in order for this to work. Some older homes may not have a neutral wire at the switchbox. Programming was easy through the Insteon app. Works great with incandescent bulbs. I did have slight humming with Cree LED's. Did not try with any other LED bulbs. Overall, a great product.

Wi-Fi switch, need hub. Control with your smart phone, lot of option including dimmer setting.

Great dimmer with brightness setting and double tap settings. Works great with indigo.

It was very easy to undo my old switch and to install this switch. All I needed was a screwdriver and 5 minutes.

Easy to install and works very reliably with the rest of the Insteon plug in modules and hub.

If you are thinking about updating your home into a smart home, these are an easy place to start. They require the Insteon hub...I moved into a home that needed some of them replaced and never heard of them before now.

I have quite a few of these and they are great. Setup is as easy as installing a switch. You can program the switch to a number of things which again are all simple to program.

Really Good Switch, this would make my 9th switch installed.

Worked well but I ended up returning. It was just too expensive compared to other dimmers.

Great Product. Need moderate home electrical skills to install so don't try if you are not confident about working with home electrical. Not bad instructions but I believe I used the ones online to verify a few of methods to install.

It is a fun product, I was not aware the light switch need the Hub.

Low price and easy to setup for newbie to home automation.

This is one of my many purchase to automate my home. I have the starter kit, two in wall dimmers and a mini (4 scene) remote. Once my electrician put this in, the set up and pairing was done in 2 seconds.
