Intel should really be proud of this CPU.

Intel i5 13600kf is an amazing chipset that’s extremely powerful. The CPU has not bottlenecked my GPU. I’ve been enjoying gaming on an ultrawide at smooth framerate. This 13600kf is on par with a Intel i9 12900k which is amazing to get a new performance processor at this price point. Prior to this I was using a 4670k, 4770k, and an 11700k for other PCs. Mostly been stuck with the 4770k for years and only spent a little time with a 11700k. This one truly outperforms anything I’ve used in my time of PC building. Walking up the PC from sleep mode is certainly more enjoyable then what it was. Tons of features in the CPU itself. This is an outstanding CPU from Intel and one they should continue to strive for. If you are into gaming and want something that’s just the all around best performer going into 2023 this is one to take a look at. (Get the 13600k if you want integrated graphics. Which helps with troubleshooting in future purposes.) if the chip does reach hot temperatures, it throttles down to acceptable levels. So far I haven’t had a really high temperatures in gaming everything from Forza Horizon 5, 3D mark, Gears, COD, Fortnite, Control, Resident Evil Village, A Plague’s Tale, Witcher 3, PC Building Simulator 2, TMNT: SR all worked perfectly with no issues. One game; called “High On Life.” Was the only game I seen reaching up to strange levels of 83 - 90 in temps. The CPU just throttled down in this game for me but other titles never seen those temps again. Using a ASROCK Sonic PG z790 motherboard along with a 3080Ti and DDR5. Haven’t had any abnormal problems with DDR5. Overall it’s just a good CPU and one Intel should stand proud on in the face of the competition. One I know I’m going to be using for years to come, this CPU is definitely a winner.

The Core i5 series does not get the credit it deserves. The new processors are so amazing at such a low price, they dominate previous i7's at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants high performance and a great price.

Strong processor, box it came with is basic and to the point so you can pop it right out when ready to install, no regrets with this bad boy and looking forward to putting it to the test once I can afford a good GPU lol

Amazing CPU, best generational leap in awhile. Don't think an i7 or i9 is needed for the majority of use cases.

I was hesitant to buy this CPU, but have no regrets of not going with i7-i9. I paired this with a Z690 EVGA Dark Kingpin mobo on sale for $399, and the Corsair Vengeance 6000 cl36 ram, and my benchmarks for gaming performance are equal to the average i9-13900k, while using less power and generating less heat. I could not be more satisfied, especially since this was an upgrade to my i9-9900k which was bottlenecking my 3080 ti. I can now get 200 fps in Warzone 2 (1080p, competitive settings) as well on a 3080 ti, lol, up from 120 on the i9. And the best part is I can now use my older cpu/mobo for a dedicated work station at home :) And all this is achieved using Noctua NH-D15 from 6 years ago, no thermal throttling at all, just solid performance.

I upgraded to this i5 13600kf desktop processor because i found that the i5 12400f in my system was fair and gave me such performance in games like warzone 2 and other aaa titles. The main reason for the upgrade was I desired more performance in games and multi tasking for content creation. As soon as i loaded up warzone 2, I immediately saw a substantial increase in frames of about 50-60 frames, which feels amazing in game. I also can multitask, with games running in the background, with ease. I can definitely recommend this processor to anyone wanting to upgrade their cpu for gaming or work related tasks. Especially for Black Friday coming up.

At first I was worried to get the kf series without graphics support. I got my graphics card before this came in and hookup was a breeze. Happy so far, able to play any games I want. Chip runs a bit warm, make sure you have a good cooler.

Great middle-of-the-road Processor for the price, I had no problem installing it on my rig from a Gen 9 to this beast. My only complaint is the lack of protective packaging, which came in a generic box with no padding which isn't INTELs doing.

This thing is fantastic. Outscores my OC'd 12700k rig in every benchmark while pulling 100w less and being cooled by just a dual tower air cooler (Thermalright Peerless Assassin) where the 12700k even outruns a 240mm AIO. Holding 5.1GHz out of the box and easily takes anything I throw at it. Definitely recommend it.

CPU purchases in particular are price-sensitive, but this one is a particularly great option for gaming if it’s available at a competitive price. Dramatically more expensive CPUs only do slightly better in games.
