Beast i7

Literally can’t throw anything at this CPU to even get it to 50% utilization. Better than the 11 series by a long shot and amazing for gaming or work related tasks. I’ll always be an intel fan until AMD can make their platform way more stable.

Get a good cooler

Get this over the i5 if you are debating. $100 more may seem like a lot, but with 8 core 16 thread, this thing will have a big advantage over the i5 in a few years.

Powerful CPU

Handles high end multitasking, multithreaded applications, graphics editing, and live streams without breaking a sweat. Price to performance ratio is slightly better with the AMD Ryzen, but an incredibly power CPU regardless.

awesome cpu.

Started with a ryzen 5 5600x and nothing but problems. Couldnt recognize ssd, random restarts when playing warzone, watching anime, running emulators. once i switched over to intel ive enjoyed my pc 100 times more.

I paired it with my 3070 and I game all high settings over 100fps. As for productivity I notice a performance increase when rendering and multitasking.

I had the the Core Duo processor since 2008. It had gotten a bit slow after the years. It was time to upgrade to this. o far the computer is faster and boots up a great deal faster. No complaints so far.

This thing is a beast

My motherboard keeps this CPU running without time limits. Speeds are sustained at around 5 GHz even when not under load. Using a Noctua cooler really helps keeps this CPU temps to minimum at idle, 29-33 degrees Celsius. Only complaint is that its too expensive.

The timing was terrible, but the new brains for my computer are much faster. Seems to be working great and is much faster that the old cpu was.

Switched from a ryzen 3600 which was giving nothing but problems. Cheapest price around got more savings bundled w/motherboard and when the price recently drop they honored the price match and refunded the differece

Only one available when building my pc locally was the 10700k. Overall a great cpu, far better performance gaming than my r7-2700x.
