Couldn’t tell a difference, but that’s expected because both are fast. The annoyance of the voltage issues I had to worry about was not ideal and Intel has since fixed it. This generation is just as good, if not better than their current gen Core lineup. If you can save some money with this gen you should consider it.

Extremely fast, runs little warm.

Very good Processor

This one has a much greater capacity and faster processing time.

Needs Large AIO For Heavy Workload

Many have recommended an under volt but as always don't forget to us the latest Bios for best results. I have this in a new build getting 30 FPS over I712700k. Loving it so far.

Runs hot so you need a good cooling system to take advantage. I have a nice AIO and can barely handle it at 100% before it thermal throttles.

Great for high end gaming but runs hot

If you can snag this for ~300 go for it!
