Great bencher

Had to buy after market cooler since cpu runs hot. Great for video editing and photoshop. My upgrade was overdue and boy am I glad I did. Thanks best buy for the great product and price.

Extremely fast!!!

A very fast CPU

It is fast and the platform should be around awhile if I want to upgrade my Mobo in the future. I did run into a bunch of reviews saying this CPU ran hotter than others, but have not found this to be the case for me. Temps at idle are around 27C, and under load approach 45C.

Worth the wait

I'd heard that the previous i7's ran hot, but this latest processor is cool and with the factory fan, runs quiet too. Intel inside baby!!

Great CPU

It was easy to install, performance is much faster than my previous CPU and works flawlessly. I try to find the best performance just below where the price jumps exponentially. This was a bit pricey, but the next step up was much more at the time.

Fast processor

It is good for graphic design and heavy graphic renderings but an i5 would be better for gaming if that is what some people are looking for just because an i5 is cheaper but still performs well enough for gaming. If the price came sown a little it would defiantly be a must have.
