Return in limbo?

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have not opened, and am in the process of returning, I can't walk good, and do not drive, and I dropped it off in plenty of time for it to get back to Best Buy, but the UPS guy didn't pick it up the last time he went there and I called today, and they have no knowledge of my package, and I don't see anywhere that UPS actually picked it up.
