good upgrade. intel is a good product. made a difference

Everything you need in a processor. I find the 12900K a more solid processor then the 12900KS. Very stable and easy to set up.

there was no CPU inside the box, fully sealed, empty, now gotta wait god knows how long for a “review” and then wait for a courier to be chosen for shipping, which again takes unknown amount of time, awesome, shoulda just gone with amazon, like always, thanks best buy.

Thanks to AMD stepping up their game Intel has had to push themselves to make better products. This runs cooler than both my 10900k and 11900k meanwhile getting better performance. I am only running a 240mm AIO and I hover around 58-60c while gaming. I only peak around 650W total system pull with a Strix 3080ti. Dont listen to the haters complain about power draw and temps. If youre just gaming and doing some basic workstation tasks you will have no problems with a 850w PSU and a 240mm AIO. This is the fastest CPU on the market, if you want the best right now this is it! Well see how AMD counters in spring 2022

The box was literally empty.. always have issues with Best Buy orders

First of all, kudos to BestBuy for staying ethical in these strange times. While other retailers jack up their price way over MSRP to get more eggs, or bundle high demand items with worthless garbage, bestbuy continues to do the right thing. Seriously, everyone are being ridiculous, BH, CDW, Tiger, you name it. I missed the chance to order this at launch, but checked back everyday and got lucky. However, there are no DDR5 ram anywhere at the moment, so all is in vain for now. I also tried ordering a GPU and was not successful. Here’s my suggestion to BestBuy to make it even more fair: 1- Verification Process is a good thing, but add a CAPTCHA before that. Then you will weed out the bits even earlier. 2- Lock the IP address so it can only order one unit at a time. 3- Put limits on how many each account can buy. We all want to eliminate the black market, so keep up the good work, but enhance it a bit. Thank you.

Does anything and everything you need, best gaming performance period. Still works on windows 10 as well. Matches/beats 5950x in professional workloads all for $180 less. And for anyone saying it runs hot or draws too much power, go look at the real power consumption and temps while gaming, very similar to AMD.

It Runs great! I can have a workload and play warzone at the same time! The streaming quality is aweseome! Recommended!
