Geek Squad renewal with credit card billing issue. Had to call customer service, who was able to resolve my issue.

I honestly do not know how the Webroot system works but Webroot is what seems to keep our devices running fast and efficiently. Webroot is what the Geek Squad use when they clean our desktop devices. I am very happy with this product.

Used other internet security on my personal laptop, but was not as happy as I am with Webroot, which was suggested by the Geek Squad. Only complaint, wish it was cheaper cost-wise.

Why wouldn't you want to be protected. I have been using Webroot for a long time & haven't had any issues with my computer. Not like Norton or the others where I caught a worm or Trojan. Very happy with my choice.
