Too complicated to use. Had a hard time to configure this on my laptop.

Webroot is the same software used at work. A seamless integration!

EXTENSIVE PROGRAM TO GUARD MY COMPUTER WITH VERY LITTLE INPUT, COVERS MANY FACTORS NEEDED TO BE PROTECTIVE

So far so good. No issues or complaints. Bought it with the surface pro for just everyday use.

So happy to have this programming, it is so useful and beneficial.

It did good job for the first year. But when I had to renew it I had to pay geek squad to get it reinstated.

Again I have been using Webroot for many years and love the service.

For me, it’s hard to evaluate a product like this, as I can’t really tell how much it shielded my pc, when compared to other similar products. I will say (and this is the basis for the three stars) that Best Buy doesn’t make it simple to cancel. You have to call. And default billing is automatic. I’m sure Webroot is ‘servicing’ a litany of machines owners have long replaced and stopped using. I find that annoying.

Feel good knowing my pc is protected from nay potential viruses or malware and software is very simple and easy to use.

Started using Webroot after purchasing Chromebook. I continue using it on my home computer and phones.

I have had this product in the past - this is an upgrade and extension. There was some difficulties installing on MAC - but the tech support fixed it when I called them.

I like the fact that the Webroot now automatically renews yearly now. I would always forget before. Staying covered is important.

Subscription is seamless. Program runs without slowing down system.

Webroot is given as a complementary Internet security at purchase time to Best Buy customers. Then unexpectedly your charged for continued use. There's better security and no sneaky charges I declined it completely recently when i bought a new desktop

This was included for free with my MacBook Pro purchase. Never used it on this computer but I’ve used it in my old computer. Worked alright. I would caution that they auto renew your free trial if you don’t cancel it before the free trial ends. My card was charged without me approving the charge. Luckily they cancelled it and refunded the money charged. For that reason I rate it 3 stars.

I purchased Geek Squad last year , and I Love it ! When I have a problem with my new laptop I can come in to Best Buy and they fix it for no charge!

I have had Webroot for quite awhile and the Geek Squad has been very helpful in the past for my electronics.

Good security, keeps updated, yearly subscription. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Use it for my surface pro and so far, I have had no issues with the security features of functionality of my gadget.
