Problem

When I called the Geek squad I was told that it was expired August. And I had a virus and it would cost me $400.00 to renew it. I was astonished. Because this sounded exactly like a scam I’ve been tricked into before. Now I check into my history and find out I had renewed it in April of this year. What’s going on?
