Not sure what makes this any better than other options. It doesn’t explain any options when it finds anything issues.

Couldn't really say how good or how bad it is. Never used it because I've been using another product for many years and am happy with said product.

Used this for years without any problems. Recently switched to Trend Micro and so far, prefer the other. Overall they're both basically the same thing.

I used the geek chat today 1/17 to stop the current subscription that was due 1/20/2021. I also installed the new key code from a purchase from December of a package deal on a tv. So how did this renewal and charge do 1/22 show up now? Am I being charged again?? The geek squad assured me I would not be. We have used webroot for years on a renewal plan, but my husband used a different credit card when he shopped. I was afraid this would happen.

this is just an extension for the PC laptop needed for school. Don't use that one too much, but as long as it will be protected I am happy

Seems to work OK. But on my tablet keeps telling me to add on another application but when try to do it says not available for my tablet.

I overpaid my bill and and Best Buy said it was reimbursing my checking account within 5 business days. It has been two weeks and I still have not been reimbursed. Bob Scott

Not my favorite but it does its job and thats all ask.

Make sure to decline auto subscription or they will automatically bill you after one year. I already have an existing paid subscription

I got Webroot with my new computer but even so when it came time to renew my subscription I knew that was what I wanted for my security program. Many times I could see the virus jump out of emails or web pages and before I could respond Webroot was already there to get the virus out before it could take root, I was amazed at how fast it responded. From now own it's going to be Webroot always.

I do renew this one, still dont really know if it actually does anything but no major virus type issues so far...

I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS PROGRAM IS EVEN WORKING ON MY PC, SO I CANNOT TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

It seems to be OK, but I don't know if it is really doing the job.
