I can’t install this on my iPhone or tablet & when I talk with someone they say it should work.

Careful when you buy your PC, some of this will be auto renew and you need to stay on top of renewal dates.

Not sure what makes this any better than other options. It doesn’t explain any options when it finds anything issues.

Couldn't really say how good or how bad it is. Never used it because I've been using another product for many years and am happy with said product.

Used this for years without any problems. Recently switched to Trend Micro and so far, prefer the other. Overall they're both basically the same thing.

Used it, but it was not a helpful as it seemed. Don't expect too much.

I had Norton installed before. Quite often had problems . Now with Web Root , nothing. Great product.

I used the geek chat today 1/17 to stop the current subscription that was due 1/20/2021. I also installed the new key code from a purchase from December of a package deal on a tv. So how did this renewal and charge do 1/22 show up now? Am I being charged again?? The geek squad assured me I would not be. We have used webroot for years on a renewal plan, but my husband used a different credit card when he shopped. I was afraid this would happen.

this is just an extension for the PC laptop needed for school. Don't use that one too much, but as long as it will be protected I am happy

Part of geek squad set up online. Seems ok so far.

The internet security was satisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend buying a product from this company. After updating my MacBook to the new operating system Catalina. Webroot stopped working. After contacting the company they said that it’s not compatible with the new software. Their customer support gave me automated responses and was not helpful at all. There still is no solution to the problem.

I overpaid my bill and and Best Buy said it was reimbursing my checking account within 5 business days. It has been two weeks and I still have not been reimbursed. Bob Scott

Seems to work OK. But on my tablet keeps telling me to add on another application but when try to do it says not available for my tablet.
