After the first year we paid for auto renewal. For months we continued to receive invites to update. Numerous calls to Best Buy failed to elevate the problem. Finally one agent was able to issue our requested refund. Too many attempts made to resolve the problem. Very frustrating

I was unpleasantly surprised when I found that the subscription automatically re-newed itself after the year had ended. I'm pretty diligent on neglecting auto-renew or have things auto-pay. Did not welcome that move, but it has been rectified; therefore, all is well.

Not happy with this product

I have turn it on manually. From the app, I can no longer see my account info or subscription, quarantined or threats. This antivirus was suggested by BestBuy to be compatible with Macs. I do not recommend this product.

Now, on my first automatic renewal, I was charged $53.99! Not happy about being overcharged and not exactly happy with the service of webroot for that kind of price. Will have to look into further and maybe find another antivirus provider.
