||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geeksquad has been charging my bank account for this service for over 2 years now without my knowledge, not just 1, but 2 Webroot services that are exactly the same but for a laptop and a tablet. Webroot was free for 6 months with the purchase of the laptop and tablet, Problem is, they are using my personal CC to pay for these services. When I called customer service they said they got my personal CC number from my Account, I don't have my personal CC tied to my BB account. When asked to speak with manager I was put on hold for a very long time. After waiting for an answer, the only thing they did for me was cancel both of the services that are the exact same service and only reimbursed one of the services. Done dealing with thieves. I will also be canceling my BB credit card account. BTW, there is nowhere on the bestbuy app that shows any info about this service and no notification.

Could sure use improvement in this aspect.
