Average anti-virus. Prefer competitors, including Kaspersky.

Geeksquad has been charging my bank account for this service for over 2 years now without my knowledge, not just 1, but 2 Webroot services that are exactly the same but for a laptop and a tablet. Webroot was free for 6 months with the purchase of the laptop and tablet, Problem is, they are using my personal CC to pay for these services. When I called customer service they said they got my personal CC number from my Account, I don't have my personal CC tied to my BB account. When asked to speak with manager I was put on hold for a very long time. After waiting for an answer, the only thing they did for me was cancel both of the services that are the exact same service and only reimbursed one of the services. Done dealing with thieves. I will also be canceling my BB credit card account. BTW, there is nowhere on the bestbuy app that shows any info about this service and no notification.

It seemed to work fine however it was set to auto renew at an extremely high price. The only way to get it removed from my credit card was to call customer service. it was a big hassle. Beware!!

Never had issued. I like the fact that it can used up to 3 computers.

website is very difficult and little to no directions on how to swap coverage to a different computer if you take one out of service. Could sure use improvement in this aspect.

Came with new laptop purchased. Took days to get activated as code that printed on receipt kept saying it was not active. Very long and frustrating process to work out.

I bought Webroot along with a new laptop. It failed to protect my computer from several viruses. Don’t bother purchasing it, there are much better anti virus programs for less money! Geek Squad wanted over $300 to fix the problems Webroot caused.

it freezes up a lot but it was only $49 so I didn't expect a lot.

I'd get software online this wasn't useful for windows and the laptops were so slow from best buy we basically trashed them, wouldn't even bother to sell them. Windows was way too slow, moved to a reliable laptop, MacBook.

It was a good product. I would highly recommend it.

I didn't like webroot, Seemed to slow my computer, but...

Great for usage and it always update when schedule too.
