The salesperson assured me it was a good product. When I tried to install it on the computer it wouldn't work. Spoke with the Geek Squad at Best Buy who were unable to help. Also contacted the company who stated the code provided with the purchase wasn't correct and there wasn't anything they could do. If I had paid for the purchase of this, I would have been extremely upset and followed back up through Best Buy. But since it was "free", I just purchased my old reliable McAfee.

I have tried to contact support, look in the website for ways of canceling and getting a refund, but it has been impossible, and I'm afraid I will have to go to the store now to get this done. Very unsatisfied with the ways subscriptions are being managed, and the lack of control that one has a client.

Furthermore, if you are going to charge someone why would you not send notification a few days prior asking if the individual wants to renew or not. This is absolutely ridiculous, I will never purchase from Best Buy again, I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure It actually works
