It is a reasonably priced service, but it doesn't do a good job keeping up with Apple updates. I'm sure Apple has something to do with this.

Have not been happy with them from the word go. Couldn't install program despite it claiming to be easy (Im a web developer for context) without calling them which, they of course charged for. Feels like a scam. Other protection services are simple better.

I am so upset, one I didn't order this 2x I ordered it 1 and the fact you never gave me the key number to use it and here we are a month later and have no access. I attempted to contact your company and was told this was a store purchase and should have the information on my receipt. This was an online purchase for 49.99 not 99.98 (1 not 2) and I haven't even been able to use it. I am not disputing this with my bank.

Product loads and sets up fast and runs quickly and quietly as well! Much easier to use than many other products out there!

I returned it and traded in for a Bose soundbar, which will connect to my iPhone. I bought the Sonos soundbar to connect with my phone. I have Spotify, but also listen to streaming radio from Milwaukee, Chicago, and Paris. Imagine my dismay when the Sonos could only access subscription radio like Apple Tunes or Spotify. I think net neutrality has something to do with Sonos’ limited functionality. Thank goodness I could return this music for hire flunky-bar and exchange it for the superior Bose product.

The charge up front was in addition to numerous charges based on each person I spoke with. I cancelled this complete order but the following year, 2019 they charged me with a RENEWAL FEE. Unable to reach anyone on phone, each person passed me tp some one else, they charged me! I went into the store two occasions but got the same answer! Now I receive another "RENEWAL NOTICE" AND i AM ON THE SAME PLEA TO GET THIS CORRECTED.

I can't tell if this is doing anything anymore. I can no longer access the control panel

Have canceled numerous times and they auto renew it every year despite being canceled. They charge my best buy card which I don't use so I don't notice it then I get late fees absolutely terrible

went to renew this service and found that it had never been properly installed on my machine but I had been paying for it every year

I can’t install this on my iPhone or tablet & when I talk with someone they say it should work.

I am not sure how effective this package is. It has only removed 1 threat in the years I have had it. It constantly tells me I have a threat in my system but does nothing to remove it. I have had several viruses attempt to attack my PC. Webroot may or may not have stopped them.
