I have tried to contact support, look in the website for ways of canceling and getting a refund, but it has been impossible, and I'm afraid I will have to go to the store now to get this done. Very unsatisfied with the ways subscriptions are being managed, and the lack of control that one has a client.

Furthermore, if you are going to charge someone why would you not send notification a few days prior asking if the individual wants to renew or not. This is absolutely ridiculous, I will never purchase from Best Buy again, I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not very good for Mac computers

I attempted to contact your company and was told this was a store purchase and should have the information on my receipt. This was an online purchase for 49.99 not 99.98 (1 not 2) and I haven't even been able to use it. I am not disputing this with my bank.

Not sure It actually works
