I'm July, I could no longer edit my work in WORD. I was instructed to activate to get back in. I have contacted everyone I know and cannot get this resolved. I even changed my Best Buy credit card, so I wouldn't be charged for it again as I have automatic renewal. HELP!!

Horrible support

I was just charged for Web Root renewal but I don't care - tried to get support for a couple of logitech mouse for months now but can't get anyone. I am supposed to get help from Geek squad but never can get in touch with them - rip off.

There are free programs out there definitely, however, sometimes, you get what you pay for. We are confident that you will see such value in this solution and the security and peace of mind that it provides that you won’t think twice about the cost. Or think of it another way, it costs less than a cup of coffee or tea each day to keep your computer safe and you are still able to use it while surfing online!
