Had to replace ASUS - think it restarted when reloaded. Tried Chat - not available. Tried calling - 2 hour wait. Tried email response to auto - renewal - no response. Went to the store - no help. Why would I want to pay $50 for a 1 year when I can get 2 year for same price?

Not happy with this product

I have turn it on manually. From the app, I can no longer see my account info or subscription, quarantined or threats. This antivirus was suggested by BestBuy to be compatible with Macs. I do not recommend this product.

I say this because I've cancelled it 3 times and they keep putting it back on my card. Have to cancel it again now for the fourth tim as you can see by the purchase date it's back out there.

No longer works with Mac

It was great. It came with the last laptop I purchased at BestBuy and it worked until the previous Apple IOS update. I just recently got a not that Webroot would no longer be sold for Mac. So, don't get it.
