I got this free with my laptop for a year and I NEVER used it once and then they charged me an entire year and to cancel it I had to go through hoops! Its just awful I wish I could of said no to it from the beginning

Stop Stealing My Money

Lucky for Best Buy I do not have time to screw around trying to get my money back. Really wish it was possible to cancel online. Website essentially crashes when I try to cancel. Seems all too convenient to me.

There are free programs out there definitely, however, sometimes, you get what you pay for. We are confident that you will see such value in this solution and the security and peace of mind that it provides that you won’t think twice about the cost. Or think of it another way, it costs less than a cup of coffee or tea each day to keep your computer safe and you are still able to use it while surfing online!

Did not renu. when I noticed the extra charge they were good about it and credited my account the renuall charge.
