I was just charged for Web Root renewal but I don't care - tried to get support for a couple of logitech mouse for months now but can't get anyone. I am supposed to get help from Geek squad but never can get in touch with them - rip off.

I hate auto renewal

Had to replace ASUS - think it restarted when reloaded. Tried Chat - not available. Tried calling - 2 hour wait. Tried email response to auto - renewal - no response. Went to the store - no help. Why would I want to pay $50 for a 1 year when I can get 2 year for same price?

I received an email after you charged me. I am extremely upset with this and will likely not purchase this antivirus again. Thanks geek squad for maxing out my credit card against my approval.

I say this because I've cancelled it 3 times and they keep putting it back on my card. Have to cancel it again now for the fourth tim as you can see by the purchase date it's back out there.
