Why can't I cancel this!! I don't remember authorizing ongoing charges to my credit card. How did you get the new credit card number? I don't use this product and I'm beginning to hate this company and its website.

Not such a great antivirus product. There’s better ones and they had me get it for a year knowing my computer already had antivirus installed

This Company is a scam, All they do is keep wanting you to purchase alot of viruses protection.

Rip off up sell - my wife went in for something totally different and walked out with this. She is knows nothing about tech or how to use it. Salesperson prayed upon this

I had to switch my credit card. It was a renewal membership. I was charged $250 for web root & the geek squad package. I thought renewals were only $149 to $199. This was far too much money for what was offered.

Tried to replace my bad power source with this and after I plugged it in the screen flashed "On Battery" constantly but wasn't charging the battery. Found an entire laptop at a second hand store that didn't work but the charger was good so that now works.

Directions for activating are not always clear. No 24 hour support.

they didn't give me any warning that they were going to take money out of my account. Also it looks like they didn't fulfil the full term before they took the money. They charged way early.

I did not ask for this product. This product was provided with a purchase and was led to believe the unused product would expire after the given time. Instead, it was automatically renewed and charged to my bank account.

I don't want at all but didn't know how this item added with my purchase ! This is bestbuy's game plan to incurred customer automatically renewed after certain time. It should be avoid with customer !

A waste of money based solely upon my experience. They did absolutely nothing for me other than hit my credit card every year until I put a stop to it..

I keep charged with this fee even though I informed the company on three occasions that I no longer need this subscription. It is ridiculous that I still get charged! Total disgrace.

I have tried to download to computer but cannot download. It just leads me to Best Buys website. I don't care about the website, I would like what I paid for , which is the download.

I hate this thing. They keep charging me for it every year and it doesn't work for ship. I'm just too lazy to switch it up. My computer is not protected. Xfinity defends my devices better.

You dont really need antivirus anymore. You can you buy it if you like

I have the full Tech Support, and Webroot is suppose to come FREE with the service plan. No one said anything and they charged me with the yearly subscription. I'd like to get a refund

I hate any product With a subscription that is difficult to cancel. I really thought I canceled it before the renewal date so be careful and confirm you were able to cancel when you decide.
