I tried cancelling the renewal and receiving a refund with now luck. Hopefully by obtaining a new debit card they will not be able to auto renew the service.

There are free programs out there definitely, however, sometimes, you get what you pay for. We are confident that you will see such value in this solution and the security and peace of mind that it provides that you won’t think twice about the cost. Or think of it another way, it costs less than a cup of coffee or tea each day to keep your computer safe and you are still able to use it while surfing online!
