I had to switch my credit card. It was a renewal membership. I was charged $250 for web root & the geek squad package. I thought renewals were only $149 to $199. This was far too much money for what was offered.

Tried to replace my bad power source with this and after I plugged it in the screen flashed "On Battery" constantly but wasn't charging the battery. Found an entire laptop at a second hand store that didn't work but the charger was good so that now works.

I did not ask for this product. This product was provided with a purchase and was led to believe the unused product would expire after the given time. Instead, it was automatically renewed and charged to my bank account.

they didn't give me any warning that they were going to take money out of my account. Also it looks like they didn't fulfil the full term before they took the money. They charged way early.

I have the full Tech Support, and Webroot is suppose to come FREE with the service plan. No one said anything and they charged me with the yearly subscription. I'd like to get a refund

I hate any product With a subscription that is difficult to cancel. I really thought I canceled it before the renewal date so be careful and confirm you were able to cancel when you decide.

I’m not impressed with this security. I tried cancelling the renewal and receiving a refund with now luck. Hopefully by obtaining a new debit card they will not be able to auto renew the service.

There is NO easy way to cancel this renewal that I cannot use. They just take my money out of my account. If you call, the wait time is 1 hour 45 min. Are you kidding me!
