Trend Micro is an excellent product for cybersecurity

We have used the security protection plan for years.

It didn’t say on my email but my guess is they wanted my review on my recent visit to geek squad. I brought my laptop in which I had neglected to install antivirus on when I bought it the month prior, I know my bad; I thought I was safe since I wasn’t downloading anything. I left it with the geek squad, they fixed it and installed my virus protection for me and it cost me nothing. When I bought the computer and purchased total tech-support I thought I had wasted my money ... I couldn’t be happier with this service! I already have an older computer back at geek squad and a printer to go soon. All repaired at no cost to me. Total tech-support is totally worth it unless you have a family member that is an IT Pro. When we were there my husband started looking at speakers and the geek squad member reminded him that with total tech-support they would be installed in his truck for free as well. What a bargain!

Trend Micro is the best anti-virus program I've ever purchased, and over the years I've used Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky, Webroot, AVG, and some others. TM is by far the most user-friendly, the best value, and without a doubt has the most accessible and helpful technical support staff of any software I've purchased in the past decade. As customer service and the difficulty of connecting with an actual human being who's more than a gatekeeper, it's a relief to have a speedy and reliable option available if and when I need it--and I really haven't needed help but a couple of times because TM is such and easy and efficient antivirus program.

I mentioned in an earlier review how impressed I was with Best Buy TOTAL TECH SUPPORT – and gave a list of all the services I have taken advantage of; but, I failed to mention that "free" Trend Micro Internet Security was also "part of the deal!" For years I had used Norton Antivirus — because it was included as a Comcast/XFINITY freebie. When XFINITY no longer offered that option, I moved over to Trend Micro (for first time ever) — and set up was a little [perhaps] overly intricate and detailed; however, have been using it for the past several months — and, I like it! I've installed it on all of my laptops.

Overall, this is a good internet security product. The price is good - it's not too expensive. And the features included, are pretty good, even though I really only take advantage of a few of the features that are built-in. I've been with Trend Micro Internet Security since my collegiate days. So, it's been YEARS. I've had little to zero issues with the product - which means, I'll be sticking with them. Also, for some context, this product is used on my personal laptop that I keep at home for just light work or editing purposes. My work laptop has a different security system provided through the company I work.

Works for what I use it for. Some games, check facebook

with no notice on here regarding what the review is about , i'm going to assume it is my new laptop. so far i love it as it's light-weight for laying on my legs, but i do need to give a BIG SHOUT-OUT for your employer ASHLEY (may be in the ff city store by now), she was SO terrific in answering any questions we thru at her and was fully informed about the different puters we were looking at. after we got the puter and came to pick up after installations, she explained everything that was done. and even helped us find a case for the puter. she was just terrific and think we may follow her down to her new place when we qre ready for a new puter. her customer skills are the best we have found there, but all your people are good

I don't know why this company doesn't get more recognition. I've been using it for the past several years with no issues. I've been very fortunate and blessed not to have any loss of data and compromised files. I typically back up my data because of issues in the past but to this point Trend Micro has performed beyond my expectations. So much so when a Geek Squad person directs to another virus protection program, I decline it...simply because my motto is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" As long as Trend Micro continues to perform well, I sticking with it.

They threw this is for free with a purchase. I didn't want it. I didn't use it. Trend used to be my go-to brand, but I don't care for it these days.

Cant say good or bad i dont even remember when i first got it. It was the renewal charge that let me know i had it
