It is a deep concern that during some transactions that it could be hacked but I have never had an issue with Webroot keeping an eye on my transactions and discussions.

We love our Webroot!

Webroot has perfectly served both me and my husband's computers since I first decided to purchase it for our computers. If we have issues, we contact BB's Geek Squad and they take care of any issues, but usually Webroot is not something we need to worry about. Way to go, Best Buy!

I just renewed it again for a year and will continue to renew because it is definitely worth the price
