I have peace of mind with webroot. The back up support with the Geek Squad makes this a trusted combination for me. Late one evening a pop up took over my computer and I had a PP presentation early the next morning. All was fixed immediately.

I love the Webroot Security Program. I have it for all my tech devices. It is easy to install and set up. It does all the work so I never need to be concerned. I really like its summary feature reports that are very easy to understand and I have it do it checks drivers and if not updated yet by my devices system the program alerts me and you can set for your review and manual download or auto update.

I started subscription when we had a business. I continued the subscription after we sold the business because of the service. I was hacked on two separate occasions. The Geek Squad were thorough in checking and clearing my computer. They also addressed things to be aware of. I heed any of the alerts when on the internet.

Is it the best product out there? Have no idea. But, for my purposes, it works. Reasonably priced. Have had (knock on wood) no issues installing.

Webroot is very reliable. It always finds potential weaknesses, such as temporary files, spyware, and viruses . I have had WebRoot on three of my PCS and this anti-virus protection has found memory leaks, spyware, and even a file that Webroot quarantined.

Always need security update, can't live without a computer today. AT least I cannot. I do all my paperwork here. Best buy is trying it's best to be better. If it wasn't for the Geek Squad at Cocnut Point being so wonderful. They are very helpful in figuring our all the issues today. The way things are changing, it is important to have someone explain to you the changes.

I just renewed my best buy webroot internet security yearly subscription. I have had this coverage for several years and am extremely happy with it. You never know when something may go wrong with your computer or other tech products and they are just a phone call away. I was just now having trouble with my printer. It suddenly started printing blank pages. I called Geek Squad and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes I highly recommend this subscription service.
