    Have used web root for years. Have an issue make an online appointment. I've never had to stand in line. Plus, can't beat the annual cost its very reasonable

    I've been using Webroot for years now and have no complaints. My computers have had no issues, simply because any issues that may have appeared, were immediately "taken care of" by Webroot.
