    This was a renewal on line so we received an email and it renewed as scheduled and planned. We did receive an email reminding us of the upcoming renewal.

    After yet another year without a computer virus, I can only conclude that Webroot not only performs as advertised, but is also better than the competition. Sorry McAfee, sorry Norton.
