    I didn't use the service for over a year. AND I didn't receive notice that Windows 10 coverage was extended for my HP All in One - my son-in-law told me. Why not get e-mail updates for something like that?

    I had to update my info and the clerk helped me no problem. very pleasant person, smiled, listened, and completed the task I was unable to do myself. All in about 3 minutes!

    Webroot is always available an appears to conduct thorough scans. I like the fact that if I receive a suspicious entry, I can use Webroot to scan my computer within minutes of the completion of a scheduled scan.
