    Internal security gives me a sense of protection when I use my computer. Scam is freighting and internal security provides z sense of protection.

    My rating would be 100% if the on-line tech support were only able to speak clear English. I spend twice the time necessary repeating myself and asking them to repeat. I've even gone so far as to ask to be transferred to another tech who is more understandable.

    Webroot is a very good product. I like it better than the other computer protections. It runs regular diagnostics and lets me know when something needs to be repaired.
