    Webroot does a great job of detecting problems and makes it very easy to remove any that get through. Frequent automatic scans do not interfere with computer use; in fact, the user does not even notice them unless a problem is found.

    The webroot caught most of the attacks but there was one that got through and I Had to shut down and get the help of Microsoft to restore computer access. As far as cost, webroot used to be included in my Geeksquad account annual fee but you made it an additional charge and the cost of my Geek Squad account keep moving up and I am rethinking my account.
